How will I know if you have received my booking?
We will send you a confirmation email after your booking have been successfully processed with your e-ticket attached.
If you have lost your confirmation email and/or e-ticket, you may re-send a copy to yourself by logging onto the CineSchool website, and clicking on the Dashboard button on the top right hand corner. From there, click on the "MY ORDERS" panel, where you can View/Edit your orders, as well as Print your e-ticket by clicking on the PRINT button.
I still haven't received my confirmation email!
Please check your Junk Mail/Spam folder as our emails may get intercepted from time to time. A way to avoid this in the future is by adding postbox@filmeducation.org to your Safe List to ensure delivery of all future correspondence from us.
If you have lost your confirmation email, you may re-send a copy to yourself by logging onto the CineSchool website, and clicking the "MY ORDERS" button on the Dashboard after you have logged in. From there, you can View/Edit your orders, as well as Send/Print your email confirmation and/or e-ticket.
How do I amend/cancel my booking?
You can amend your bookings by logging into the CineSchool website, and clicking on the "MY ORDERS" button on the Dashboard. Click on the EDIT button if you wish to amend your order, such as the number of people, or the number of wheelchair users attending the screening.
To cancel your booking, just click the Cancel order button on the 'Edit order' screen.
What time is the screening?
All screenings start at 10am unless otherwise stated. Your confirmation email will state the exact time and date of your screening.
Will I receive tickets?
We do not post any physical tickets out for our events. Your confirmation email will have an e-ticket attached. This will act as your ticket for you and your group to the screening.
How do I add myself to your mailing list?
You may sign up to our online and/or resources mailing list by clicking on the "My Preferences" button on the Dashboard. You can also unsubscribe from any of the lists by unchecking the relevant boxes.
Is there a charge for these screenings?
No, all our screenings and events are completely of charge.
However, due to the amount of requests we receive for tickets, there will be a cancellation fee of £50 for any school or group that cancels less than one week before the screening, or fail to show at the cinema on the day of the screening.
